Terms of Service

By using Cronos (CRO) Hub (the "App"), on the web or in the mobile apps, you agree to these Terms, the Disclaimer, the User Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use digital assets where you live. You must not use the App if you are subject to sanctions or in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

The App displays public Cronos EVM data and prepares transactions (liquid staking, unstaking, claiming, swaps, token and NFT transfers) that you review and sign in your own wallet. The App is non-custodial: it never holds, controls or has access to your private keys, seed phrase or funds, and it cannot cancel, reverse or recover any transaction.

• Keep your wallet, keys and devices secure.
• Check every address, amount, network and fee in your wallet before approving.
• Comply with the laws and tax obligations that apply to you.

Token creators are solely responsible for their tokens, names, pictures, descriptions and links, and must not infringe trademarks or other rights, impersonate others or mislead buyers. Content may be hidden at the author's discretion. Launch, trade and graduation fees are set in the launchpad contract and shown before you sign. Buying a launchpad token is at your own risk.

Convenience fees: swaps made through the App may include a convenience fee (currently 0.1%, never more than 0.5%), and minting an NFT in the App's collection costs a mint fee (currently 10 CRO). Both are set in the App's own contracts, shown before you sign, and are separate from network fees and VVS pool fees. Sending tokens or NFTs and liquid staking carry no App fee.

The App interacts with services it does not control, including the Cronos EVM network and RPC, VVS Finance, Veno Finance (LCRO), WalletConnect / Reown, wallet apps, Moralis, GeckoTerminal, CoinGecko and Coinbase. Their use is governed by their own terms, and the App is not responsible for their availability, accuracy or actions.

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes, to harm others, to interfere with or overload the App, or to attempt unauthorised access to it or its data.

Using the App is free, except for the fees described below. The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a purpose or freedom from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss of funds, profits, data or opportunities, or any indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the App, third-party services or the blockchain. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The App and these Terms may change or be discontinued at any time. Updated Terms are posted on this page; continued use means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
